We’re proud to send pre-loved country clothing across Australia from our rural HQ in NSW. Here's what you can expect when you shop with The Second Muster.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Timeframes

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $15
    Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days, depending on your location

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $120

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout (calculated by location)

Once your order is packed and sent, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.


📦 Order Processing Times

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.

As we’re based in the bush, please allow a little extra time during busy periods, holidays, or remote deliveries.


🧥 Packaging & Sustainability

Your items will be sent in compostable, recycled, or recyclable packaging where possible.
We believe in giving good gear — and good materials — a second chance.


📬 Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived or is marked as delivered but can’t be found:

  • First, check with your local post office or delivery driver

  • Then contact us at info@nuwalla.com.au with your order number

We’ll do our best to help track it down.


🛑 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We can’t replace or refund items delivered to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly.
