1. Products

All items sold by Second Muster are pre-loved (second-hand), unless otherwise stated.

  • Items may show signs of wear consistent with prior use.

  • We do our best to describe the condition of each item accurately, including any notable marks or flaws.

  • Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.


2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), GST is not applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We do not price match.


3. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.


4. Returns & Refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

However, because our items are second-hand and sold as-is:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or minor signs of wear.

  • If an item you receive is significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

To request a return under ACL:

  • Email us at info@nuwalla.com.au with your order number and issue description.

  • Include clear photos if the item is faulty or differs significantly from the description.

We reserve the right to inspect the item and may request its return before processing a refund.


5. Sizing & Fit

Sizing may vary across brands and garments.

  • We provide measurements where possible.

  • Please compare listed measurements with your own clothing before purchasing.

  • If you're unsure, feel free to message us before buying.

We accept secure payments via:
